Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot end-user incidents and requests, including hardware and software issues (Windows, Linux, OSX, SaaS applications), according to best practice and SLA.
- Provide multifaceted support through tickets, direct messaging, calls, and in-person.
- Investigating and resolving more complex technical issues & serve as a point of escalation for Tier 1 support technicians.
- Manage and own the entire new hire and terminations process from IT point of view.
- Asset management: maintain IT asset lifecycle, inventory management, and record accuracy in our ITSM platform.
- Knowledge management and process improvement: create clear and comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and use cases.
- Team coordination: build, train, and guide the support team. Take responsibility for helping all team members develop and grow.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Familiarity with hardware, operating systems and best-practice troubleshooting methods.
- Knowledge of various SaaS applications and cloud-based technologies.
- Great collaborator with effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prioritization, planning and organization skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English (both spoken & written).
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Relevant university studies/professional certification(s)
- Familiarity with the following applications: Okta, Office 365, Security Tools (EDR, MFA, DLP), MDM (Mobile Device Management), Monday.com, MS Planner
- Experience in managing IT support teams
