Skilly educational program for people with disabilities

Traxers in Budapest completed a successful training program for people with disabilities, in partnership with Skilly organisation 

From March to June 2024, this engaging 11-week course aimed to empower participants with a blend of soft and hard skills. Attendees refined their communication, motivation, and feedback abilities, all crucial for workplace success. The program also covered project management, preparing them to handle tasks with confidence and accuracy.

Participants became proficient in essential computer programs like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and they gained a strong grasp of HR basics, laying a comprehensive foundation for career growth.

A dedicated team of 12 outstanding Traxers spearheaded the initiative, committed to making a positive societal impact.

International Women’s Day by Women@Trax ERG

Every March, we honor the remarkable women in our community through impactful events. Women@Trax extends this celebration throughout the year with mentorships and employee activities.

In the 2024 Women’s Month event series, more than 400 Traxers worldwide participated, marking a tremendous success. Our internal and client-led panel discussions featured 22 dynamic speakers and attracted 90-100 attendees per session. These global virtual conversations addressed everyday topics with expertise and insight, covering themes such as:

– Being effective allies.
– Career progression for women at various stages.
– The crucial topic of work-life balance.
– The Women@Trax mentorship program.
– Navigating life as a working mom.

We remain steadfast in our commitment to integrity, embracing individuals from all backgrounds.

Shaping the next generation

Shaping the next generation is crucial for Trax’s sustained success. We invest confidently in young talent by hosting school open days that introduce high school students to our industry and innovations. This strategy not only creates a strong talent pipeline but also empowers Traxers to excel. Our team members deliver dynamic lectures to inspire the younger generation, driving the company’s future forward. Additionally, we support our colleagues by organizing engaging events for their children, like Fun Days and Coding Camps.

In a remarkable partnership with Northwestern University’s Medill School, Trax offers hands-on learning through an 8-week project. Students worked diligently to improve user engagement at Shopkick, impressing us with their dedication and fresh perspectives. Our Executive team, along with members from Sales, Analytics, Product & Engineering, Operations, and Marketing, eagerly absorbed the students’ innovative ideas. This initiative perfectly aligned with our 3-year plan for Shopkick, serving as a catalyst for building consensus across our cross-functional teams and driving us to new heights.
